Full Description: Room for Rent
I currently live with two of my friends, ages 21 and 22, but I am looking to move home to save some money. I am looking for 1 girl to take over my part of the lease. I live in an apartment in Cottonwood Heights. The apartments are called Pinnacle Fort Union and are on 6720 South and right off of 1300 East. In my apartment we have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a front room, kitchen, dining room, fireplace, washer and dryer, and a patio. I am trying to move out by at least the end of October but could be out a little bit sooner if necessary. The rent is $360 a month plus utilities. Utilities for us are approximately $100 a month which includes all of the main utilities plus wireless internet and digital cable.
